Music_ASME – Offline MP3 Music Player (“the app”) is designed to help users browse, organize, and play music files stored on their Android device.

The app is primarily an offline music player. Music files are played directly from the user's device and are not uploaded to the developer's servers.

Music_ASME requires access to the device's media library or selected folders in order to find, display, and play music files.

  • Other available music metadata

The app uses this information only to provide music browsing, organization, and playback features.

The app does not upload your music files to the developer's servers.

Your music files remain on your device.

Selected Folders

Users may optionally select specific folders containing music files.

When folders are selected, Music_ASME uses those folders as the music library or playback source according to the user's choices.

The app does not transfer the contents of these folders to the developer.

3. Music Playback Preferences and Random System

Music_ASME includes a Random system that can adjust the playback priority of individual songs based on how the user interacts with them.

For example, the app may locally record information such as:

  • Random Weight of a song
  • Whether a song has been blocked by the user
  • Recent playback information
  • Temporary cooldown information
  • User interaction with playback, such as skipping a song early or listening to a song for a longer period

This information is used to improve the app's offline Random playback experience.

Important

This information is processed and stored locally on the user's device.

It is not transmitted to the developer's servers.

Music_ASME does not use this information to identify the user personally.

4. Internet Access

Music_ASME is designed primarily for offline music playback.

Internet access may be used for optional features such as displaying advertisements.

The developer does not operate a server that collects or stores users' personal information through the app.

5. Advertising ID

If Music_ASME includes Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Google may collect and use the device's Advertising ID and other identifiers for advertising and measurement purposes, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

The developer does not have direct access to or control over advertising data collected by Google through its advertising services.

Users may be able to manage advertising preferences through their Android device or Google account settings.

Music files remain on the user's device.

Music library information, playback preferences, Random Weight information, blocked songs, and related settings may be stored locally on the device to provide the app's functionality.

If the user uninstalls the app or clears the app's data, locally stored application data may be removed according to Android's system behavior.

8. User Control

Users control the music files and folders used by Music_ASME.

Users may:

  • Select which folders are used by the app
  • Remove folders from the app's music library
  • Block songs from Random playback
  • Change playback settings
  • Clear or reset app data through Android settings, where applicable

The app does not modify or delete music files unless the user explicitly performs an action that requires such operation.

9. Bluetooth and Media Controls

Music_ASME may support Bluetooth and Android media controls for music playback.

These features may allow compatible Bluetooth devices, headphones, speakers, or vehicle media controls to perform actions such as:

  • Play / Pause
  • Next
  • Previous

Music_ASME processes these controls only to control music playback.

The app does not use Bluetooth controls to collect personal information.

10. Children's Privacy

Music_ASME is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Data Security

Music files and locally stored Music_ASME application data remain on the user's device.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the app. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
