File Access (Import / Export)
The app may access files only when you explicitly choose to import or export data.
Import
Used to read backup files (
.tapquick,.tapsheet)On Android 12 and below, the app may request:
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGEOn newer Android versions, file access uses the system file picker (no broad storage access)
Export / Share
The app allows you to export backup files
Files are shared via Android’s system share menu (e.g., Google Drive, Gmail, Zalo)
No data is sent automatically
Clipboard Usage
The app allows users to manually copy text snippets.
Clipboard access happens only when the user taps "Copy"
The app does not monitor or collect clipboard data in the background
Internet Access
TapCopy TapPaste:
Does NOT send data to any server
Does NOT use cloud sync
Works fully offline
Advertising
The current version:
Does NOT include ads
Does NOT use AdMob or any advertising SDK
If ads are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
